Lifetime Service Warranty
Friendly Steps Flooring is so confident in the craftsmanship or our labor, that we offer the industry only lifetime service warranty of our installations. We will repair your floor without cost to you as follows:
Replace damage planks caused by deep scratches, cracks or any damaged planks, accidently damaged by water from the refrigerator, sink, or dish washer leaks or any accidents, or general wear and tear, including those on account of the customer’s fault, so long as the customer kept spare planks available as leftover plank or spare boxes from the home installation.
This labor service warranty does not include the following:
1. Special parts needed to procure and repair the damaged area, such as transitions or stair noses, or costs which will include shipping of new material, which the customer does not have a spare. *please see manufacturer warranty details
2. Damaged planks accidently caused by outside contractors not affiliated with Friendly Steps Flooring, during some repair inside the home, such as electrical, heating, plumbing, or air conditioning, or any other contractor work which resulted in floor plank damages.
